"Wow, what a qualifying. It was so tricky out there this afternoon with the rain and the conditions changing so quickly. Before considering to go out another time in Q3 a quote of Michael Jordan came in to my mind. ´You miss 100% of the shots you don´t take.´ That´s why i gave it another try. It's very satisfying to get everything right in these conditions and be able to come out on top. Thanks to the team today for guiding me through the hour so well. My last flying lap was difficult because we were very tight for time and I was stuck right up behind Lewis. Luckily he didn't finish his lap but I remembered that we were losing three or four seconds in the last corners when it was very wet so there was an opportunity to make a real improvement and that I should keep going. So it's great to start the race from pole and I'll give it everything to take the win tomorrow."

Eu já tinha começado o parágrafo com o Lewis na pole para o post da classificação quando Vettel baixou o tempo e Nico logo em seguida. Fiquei feliz de mais como em cada pole, cada bom resultado porque vejo que acertei na escolha de piloto lá em 2005, quando o lorinho com cara de trakinas me fez olhar duas vezes para a final da Gp2. Quando teve a chance de ter um carro bom foi e fez. Perfeito.
