Raikkonen sorry for fans

Kimi Raikkonen admitted that the situation at Silverstone on Friday was far from ideal for the British fans. 

Up to 80,000 people descended on Silverstone, causing traffic chaos and tailbacks lasting throughout the day. 

However, there was virtually no running for the opening half of second practice as the teams conserved their wet tyres in anticipation of further rain to come 

“It’s a shame we don’t have more wet tyres”, said Raikkonen. 

“It’s the same for all the teams. It’s a shame for all of the people coming here, who stand all day in the rain, in the grandstands and we don’t run because we don’t have any tyres” 

“We have more sets of Intermediates but when it rains like this you cannot really use them” 

“This is the rules but it’s the same for all the teams.”

Uma pena mesmo para os fãs que estão em Silverstone. Vi partes do primeiro treino pela TV e a coisa estava feia mesmo. Só quem já foi a uma corrida e enfrentou frio, sol, chuva e calor sabe o quanto isto é complexo.

E é bacana Kimi ter mencionado os fãs. Mas nossa, esperem aí!! E agora? Será que o Iceman poderá ser considerado um humano normal?! Ele se importou com outras pessoas!!!! #Ludyirônicaevenenosa
