Inflexible Hamilton created troubles in McLaren

Inflexible Hamilton created troubles in McLaren

2008 world champion Lewis Hamilton has admitted his private matters influenced to his driving in last years F1 championship.
26 years old (on friday) Hamilton promises to clear up his mind and solve his problems before the new season begins.

- When all the parts of your private life are not in right places its very difficult to concentrate fully to your job. Hamilton says.

Why he had private life problems?

-Some matters just influenced to my performance because a succesfull racing driver needs to do many other things also than just show up to the track and drive fast.

There are personal presentations, living with your own family, many intensive meetings with you engineers and so on.

- Simply said the balance I have been keeping my whole life disappeared outside the tracks and my level of performance suffered because of it.

Hamilton refers not only to his sparkling relationship with Pussycat Dolls Nicole Schrerzinger- they broke up at the beginning of the year and got back together later-but to his brake up with his dad. Anthony Hamilton was his strongerst supporter and manager to the end of the year 2009.

Father Hamilton was seen on the paddock only in Silverstone and even there he stayed at the backround of Mclaren facilities.

Hamilton was used to that someone he trusted did all the minor decisions behalf of him and guided him thru all the troubles.

Year ago Hamilton noticed he is on his own while preparing to coming season with Jenson Button. Although he is clearly faster than Button he was over shadowed by Button in Australia and China as the last years champion was sharper on the tactical side. So Hamilton was having unexpected pressures inside the team.

Montreal,Valencia,Silverstone and especially Spa turned the balance to Hamilton but something had changed in his life coming Belgium, something that made his championship fight harder.

The information coming from McLaren inner circles says Hamilton was at the California at summer brake with his girlfriend and her friends. When Hamilton came back his team noticed he had changed to totally different person they had known for years.

Earlier Hamilton was always very enthusiastic about the changes and development work concerning the car but now he was inflexible with everything and he didn´t negotiate in any of his demands.

Because of this attitude Mclaren was forced to take the F-duct they had developed to Monza, off from Hamiltons car. This led to loosing to Button in quali and then overdriving in the first corners causing accident with Massa.

Of his own impulsive behaviour Hamilton overreacted in Japan and drove out in a very early stage at practise and the team lost a lot of valuable time testing the new parts they had built on the car as they didn´t have any spare parts.

Our sources reveal as before summer brake Hamilton was spending lots of time with his engineer chatting about everything, starting from Spa he separeted himself from the others and spent his time in his private room in Mclaren facilities.

It was very close Hamilton got sacked from the team. His attitude didn´t help the team which was seeing also Button dropping from the fight for the championship.

Time will tell how Hamilton and McLaren will co-operate in the future. He has been spending the winter mainly on his own and no one at Woking knows what to expect from the man himself at the first tests in Valencia.

Como torcedora do Lewis Hamilton, tenho que discordar com todos vocês...
Se ele não está feliz na McLaren, que se mude. O que eu quero é a felicidade dele.
