Polling opens for WRC.com Personality of the Year

The polls for the WRC.com Personality of the Year have now opened and details of how to register your vote can be found at the foot of this page.

Our panel of experts have put forward the 10 people who in their view have had the biggest impact in the World Rally Championship in 2010. Now it’s your chance to select the most worthy recipient of the prize so here is a recap of the 10 nominees:

Armindo Araujo: became the first driver to claim back-to-back Production Car World Rally Championship titles

Ken Block: brought some of his Gymkhana razzmatazz to the WRC and attracted a new legion of fans

Jari-Matti Latvala: combined speed and consistency to secure second in the drivers' table and overshadow Ford team leader Mikko Hirvonen

Albert Llovera: overcame physical disability to score points in the inaugural Super 2000 World Rally Championship

Sebastien Loeb: dominant season-long performance, including stunning drive in New Zealand, to win seventh title at home in France

Jarmo Mahonen: took a risk to run a highly-successful and innovative two-day Rally Finland. Chosen as the next president of the FIA WRC Commission

Sebastien Ogier: took two wins and threatened Loeb's dominance in only his third season in the World Rally Championship

Kimi Raikkonen: put reputation on the line to try his hand at rallying's top level and claimed 10th in the final drivers’ standings

David Richards: brought one of the most iconic names of the sport back to rallying, with the MINI Countryman WRC

Petter Solberg: worked non-stop to keep his private team’s head above water and was rarely off the pace, achieving his aim of finishing third in the championship
