This race will also be very special with the confirmed presence of the 1997 F1 Champion and winner of the Indy 500 in 1995, Jacques Villeneuve who will make his debut in stock-car racing on a local oval complex.
” It will be an historical moment for Jacques, for our organisation and the NASCAR Canadian Tire Championship, added Alan Labrosse. Jacques will race the Ford Fusion driven by Andrew Ranger during the May race.”

The other good news is there should be at least six local drivers on track for that occasion.
” On top of the guaranteed presence of Jacques and Andrew, the 2008 Autodrome champion , Jonathan Bouvrette will drive the third Jacombs Racing Ford Fusion driven by Miguel Duhamel last May 23rd , the same car used by Villeneuve in his private testing here in St-Eustache on Mother’s Day Sunday.”

Caraca, Jacques está na atividade total!!! O rei do Octeto não para!!! Dia 11 correrá pela primeira vez na Nascar Canadian Tire Series, a corrida será a "The Tide 250".
